• We accept dogs and cats. 
• Pet Fee: A fee of USD 35 per pet per night (taxes included). 
• Vaccines and Deworming: To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we require pets to be up-to-date with their vaccines and deworming. Therefore, a copy of the vaccination record must be presented at reception. 
• Accompaniment: Pets must always be accompanied by their owners during their stay at our hotel in Playa del Carmen. 
• Leash Use: Leash is required for all pets to maintain a calm and safe environment in our common areas.
